Photographing the night sky can be very frustrating if there is a lot of light pollution. That is when a light pollution filter may come in handy. I reviewed the Haida Clear Night filter for the Haida M10 filter system. If you live in an area with lots of light pollution, it may become nearly impossible to take nice night sky photos. For me, there is not a single location to see the Milky Way on a clear night within a radius of almost 150 miles. Well, there are a few places that allow me to take images of the Milky Way, but then I need aggressive post-processing to make it stand out.
